On starting or joining a meeting, a new window pops up on the screen. At the top, the video feed of the participants will be visible. It's a Dell Inspiron 11 series on windows 10 OS. This opens a window called Mouse Options which has 5 tabs up top, none of which involve the touchpad.
The Hardware tab shows 2 devices: the mouse itself, and the USB. No touchpad there. No touchpad to be found. Again, only the mouse and usb show up. It appears the touchpad is working without a driver, which is a little spooky. The only one I find is a meetings app. Is it this one? I hope this helps. Once installed, you will need to log into your Zoom account, which can be set up via the Zoom website if you don't already have one. Once created, you can use Zoom as normal for all of your video calls and online meeting needs.
